We kicked off our Earth Week Celebration on April 22nd with a Sustainability Talk. The discussion focused on ways students could be environmental stewards on campus. Tripp Goodwin discussed the Straw-less Initiative and the Renew program. The students were excited to learn about ways they can have a positive impact on the environment. As a co-host for the event, we provided refreshments for the participants. The refreshments included a kale salad, fruit skewers, hummus and lemon infused water. All attendees also received an Earth Week T-shirt and water bottle to take home.
